As with any trip, we have to know exactly where you are going with your business. Our expert consultant will make sure they are clear in understanding exactly where you want the business to go and what the destination should be set at.
Step #2 - Ensure You Have Everything You Need to Get You There
Next, we want to make sure you have everything you need to get you there. This includes examining the 3 critical elements of every business:

This is our introductory consultation package for business owners who would like a general review of their business to make sure they are on-track and some advice and suggestions to make sure they stay on-track.
Who is Included?
This package will only include the business owner(s).
Note: If you want to include some of your key personnel, we suggest the Business Optimization Intensive package.
What Does the Business Efficiency Consultation Look Like?
This consultation typically lasts anywhere from 4-8 hours in length. We ask that you set aside an entire day for one of our expert Business Consultants to be at your place of business.
Note: Depending on the location of your business, this consultation may be done virtually via Teams or Zoom.
What You Will Receive
You will receive a verbal plan with respect to the actions you need to take immediately and within the next 3-months to help you to achieve the success you are looking for.
As we work with you, we will be utilizing flip chart papers and these papers will be provided to you.
Note: if this session is done virtually, we will utilize an online whiteboard program and provide you with a download of these notes.
After the Session
This package does not include any support after the session. It only includes verbal suggestions and ideas and does not include a formal report or follow-up.

Business Optimization Accelerator
Our Business Optimization Accelerator is a 1-day strategic planning session focused on you and your business and how you can become even more efficient than you are now. It also includes 3-months of support after the planning session.
This is our most popular consultation package for business owners who not only want a general review of their business to make sure they are on-track and some advice and suggestions to make sure they stay on-track, they ALSO would like some support to implement that plan.

This package will only include the business owner(s).

What Does the Business Optimization Accelerator Look Like?
This consultation typically lasts anywhere from 4-8 hours in length. We ask that you set aside an entire day for one of our expert Business Consultants to be at your place of business.

Our Business Optimization Intensive is a 2-day strategic planning session focused on you and your business and how you can become even more efficient than you are now. It also includes 6-months of support after the planning session and a training day with key team members on implementation of the plan provided.
This is our best consultation package for business owners with a team of 3-4 key players who are all integral in the success of the business. This is our most in-depth review of a business to ensure the team you have put into place can assist you to have the greatest amount of success possible. The primary goal is to ensure everyone on the team clearly understands the vision and the role they will play in bringing it to fruition.
Who is Included?
This package includes the business owner(s) and up to 4 additional key personnel.
This package also includes additional 1:1 interviews with these key personnel to gather additional information.
What Does the Business Optimization intensive Look Like?
The first day typically lasts anywhere from 4-8 hours in length and includes all key personnel. We ask that you set aside an entire day for one of our expert Business Consultants to be at your place of business.
The second day will be individual interviews with each of the key personnel anywhere from 1-2 hours for each person.
Note: Depending on the location of your business, these consultations may be done virtually via Teams or Zoom.
What You Will Receive
You will receive a verbal plan with respect to the actions you need to take immediately and within the next 6-months to help you to achieve the success you are looking for.
As we work with you, we will be utilizing flip chart papers and these papers will be provided to you.
Note: if this session is done virtually, we will utilize an online whiteboard program and provide you with a download of these notes.
After the Session
This package also includes a full written report that will be provided AND presented within 2-weeks following the session. This written plan will cover the exact steps to be taken in the next 6-months to ensure you are on-track to reaching your destination.
This written report will not only be presented to each of the key personnel in the initial consultation days, but each of these personnel will receive training on how to implement the plan. This presentation and training day will take anywhere from 4-6 hours, but we ask that you set aside an entire day for our team to be with your team.
You will also receive 6-months of support in implementing the plan including 6 - 1:1 calls of up to 30-minutes in length, with yourself or any of your key personnel as designated by you.
